What is Ultimate Spring Fling?

Ultimate Spring Fling, developed 2 years ago, and has become to be the prior for event in Las Vegas for African American and Latino men. Party-seekers from around the world convene in Las Vegas, NV for three (3) days weekend of entertainment, creative performances, vendor marketing, and sponsored parties throughout the weekend in Las Vegas, Nevada.

Ultimate Spring Fling occurs during the Spring Break. This years events for Ultimate Spring Fling will begin on Friday, April 16th and end the morning of Monday, April 19th. Ultimate Spring Fling is open to all men that love and adore men of color. Although Ultimate Spring Fling participants are mostly comprised of African-American and Latino men, all races are welcomed and encouraged to participate. All of our events are eighteen (18) to party and twenty-one (21) to drink.

Are Female Allowed To Come?
Yes.

No. Its simply a all men’s funfill getaway with some of the hottest parties you’re be talking about again and again.

Do I Have To Pay For The Room All At Once?
No.

If I Cancel My Reservation, Do I Get My Money Back? Individual cancellations are fully refundable up to 48 hours in advance arrival.

How Much Is Parking At The Host Resort?
Parking is free for resort guest.

What Is Included In The VIP Card?
It is a all access pass to the Ultimate Spring Fling parties/events.

What Is The Cost For The Card?

Are The Cards Good For All Events?
Yes. The cards are good for all Ultimate Spring Fling events.

Can Two People Use The Same Card?
No. Each person will need to purchase there own card.

Is There A Refund On VIP Cards?
Refund are available till January 15, 2010 After this date there is not refund giving.

How Do I Get My Card?
Your card will be given to you at the hotel. This is prevent any of the cards from getting lost in mail.

If I Do Not Get A VIP Card, what is the cost to attend parties/event?

The cost will be no more than $20-30. This will depends on the event. Refreshments at the events price will vary on items.

Transportation

What Is The Travel Arrangement for Non Los Angeles or Vegas Residents?
We are currently securing discounted rates with American Airlines. There will also be discounted rates with Hertz and Avis.

Do I Need To Rent A Car?
You can if you desire to. Most of the events will take place on or near the host resort. Las Vegas is a tourist city and cabs can cost a grip.

What is the cost for a cab from Las Vegas McCarran Airport to the Blue Moon Resort?
The average cost is between $18-25 for a cab.

Are There Shuttle Vans?
Yes!
We will provide shuttle service to and from ALL of the Official Events of Spring Fling 2009.

Will the shuttle service be available from The Westin Casuarina?
The shuttle will run every 15-30 minutes from the The Westin Casuarina until the end of each event.
